Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to handle on-call rotations.
• Strong communication and safety compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs to standards and timeliness.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist with interior/exterior painting as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and follow PPE and hazard communication procedures.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
