Responsibilities

• Learn ingredients on all menu items and produce consistent dishes across two stations.
• Assist with prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare items in pantry, fry station, and other kitchen areas while honoring allergy requests and dish modifications.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation specs; monitor temps and quality.
• Assist with inventory to support sustainable food cost.
• Set up stations per guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
