• Food handler’s certificate is required.

• Proactive ability to build professional relationships with leadership and kitchen team.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to execute all menu items and prepare to deliver top-quality dishes on stations.

Aufgaben

• Learn all menu items and consistently produce quality dishes on one or more stations.
• Assist with prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment and inventory.
• Prepare food items per recipes while following allergy requests and dish alterations.
• Cook items sanitarily and timely, adhering to safety procedures.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation specifications while monitoring temps and waste.
• Set up station according to kitchen guidelines and keep area clean and stocked.
• Execute production and a-la-carte dishes; contribute to team meals.
• Support with pre/post-service meetings as needed.
• Assist with restocking and maintaining a positive, productive kitchen environment.
• Participate in trainings and mentor other team members.
