Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling.
• Food handler's certificate.
• Strong communicator with a team player mentality.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn all menu items and produce consistent, high-quality dishes on one or more stations.
• Assist with daily prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare food ensuring allergy requests and customizations are met.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Set up station per kitchen guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Execute production and a-la-carte dishes, including team meals and weekend features.
• Support senior chefs during pre/post-service meetings and restock as needed.
• Maintain positive energy and a supportive kitchen environment.
