This role reports to the Director of Sales and involves remote work with 75%+ travel, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will identify new opportunities, lead negotiations, and collaborate across teams to strengthen Honeywell's market position and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in life safety account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of strategic account management and customer relationship building.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage accounts and analyze sales data effectively.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Experience in contract negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture relationships of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for end-users, architects and engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
