Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Account Management or Distribution Sales with a proven revenue track record.
• Strong knowledge of strategic account management and customer relationships.
• Experience in account plans, contract negotiations, and distribution programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts as primary contact.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and hit targets.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and tailor solutions.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactively hunt for new opportunities with distribution partners to generate net-new revenue.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and feedback to drive growth.
• Mentor and guide account managers and sales teams.
