Qualifications

• 10+ years of life safety account management or sales experience.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office to manage accounts and analyze sales data.

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture relationships with key accounts as the primary contact for end-users, architects and engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
