Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances in apartments.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner per standards.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safety policies and proper use of PPE.
• Assist with painting and general upkeep as needed.
