Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma and experience in the behavioral health field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Knowledge of mental & behavioral health disorders.
• Ability to acquire Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Coordinates services with healthcare providers.
• Maintains communication with Clinical Team participants.
