Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years in case management.
• 2–4 years in legal and client service roles.
• 1–3 years for internal candidates as Case Coordinator.
• Proficiency in ADR processes including mediation and arbitration.
• Knowledge of panelists' proficiency and preferences in RC.
• Computer literate and proficient in required software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Emotional intelligence and adaptability under pressure.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manages case files and maintains accurate records.
• Prepares and distributes panelist lists for arbitrations and client requests.
• Schedules hearings, conferences, and related activities.
• Provides exceptional client service by responding to inquiries.
• Supports panelists with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
• Monitors case timeliness and deadlines to meet milestones.
• Communicates with clients, panelists, and team members to resolve issues.
• Engages in learning to become proficient in case management workflows.
• Builds knowledge of ADR practices through training and hands-on work.
• Other duties as assigned within similar scope.
