Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 2-4 years in legal and client service roles required.
  • 1-3 years internal candidate experience as Case Coordinator or similar required.
  • Proficiency in ADR processes including mediation/arbitration.
  • Knowledge of local Resolution Center panelists preferred.
  • Computer literate and proficient in required software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; emotionally intelligent and adaptable.

Responsibilities

  • Manages case files and maintains up-to-date records.
  • Prepares and distributes panelist lists for arbitrations.
  • Schedules hearings, conference calls, and related activities.
  • Provides exceptional client service and responsiveness.
  • Supports panelists with administrative tasks; ensures timely follow-up.
  • Monitors case timeliness and deadlines; meets milestones.
  • Communicates with clients, panelists, and team members effectively.
  • Continues learning to become proficient in case management workflows.
