Job summary

JAMS is seeking a Case Manager to provide administrative and operational support to arbitration and mediation panelists, ensuring smooth case workflows and excellent client relationships in the ADR process.

This role emphasizes mastering fundamentals of case management, coordinating hearings, tracking deadlines, and collaborating with ADR teams to maintain timely milestones and high-quality client service. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of working in case management.
  • 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role.
  • 1-3 years for internal candidates, case coordinator or similar position.

Responsibilities

  • Manages case files, maintains accurate records and ensures documents are up to date.
  • Prepares and distributes panelist lists for arbitrations and client requests.
  • Schedules and coordinates hearings and conferences to meet client and panelist needs.
  • Provides exceptional client service by responding to general inquiries and website information requests.
  • Supports assigned panelists with basic administrative tasks related to ADR practices; ensures timely follow-up.
