Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Adoption Center Sr. Manager to drive enterprise transformation from idea to lasting impact. You will lead strategic adoption initiatives, remove barriers, and partner across departments to enable scalable change.

You will manage large, cross-functional teams, craft business plans, and use insights to inform leadership decisions while building a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operational transformation, business process improvement, or related area.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Adoption Center strategy and align with transformation goals and roadmaps.
• Guide functions across simulation, insight generation, scaling, and sustainment.
• Partner across programs, IT, operations, and data teams to support adoption.
• Develop Adoption Business Plans linking insights to actions for leaders.
• Use data and metrics to identify risks and improve decisions.
• Represent Adoption Center in governance and program discussions with updates.
• Coach teams to manage ambiguity and foster collaboration and accountability.
