Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Adoption Center Sr. Manager to lead an enterprise transformation engine, moving new capabilities from concept to lasting impact. You will shape testing, scaling, and sustaining initiatives across operations and remove adoption barriers.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in operational transformation or related fields.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to influence leaders and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams in a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Adoption Center strategy aligned to transformation goals and roadmaps.
• Guide functions across simulation, insight generation, issue management, scaling, and sustainment.
• Partner across programs, IT, Data Management, Training, Communications, Risk, and Audit to enable adoption.
• Develop Adoption Business Plans connecting insights, risks, and adoption needs into actions.
• Use data and operational insights to identify risks and improve decisions.
