Job summary

Direct Travel is seeking a Global Operations Change & Adoption Leader to build organizational capacity for transformational change across a rapidly expanding global business. You will align acquisition integrations, geographic expansion, and AI adoption with frontline execution, turning strategy into durable capability.

You will lead multi-year adoption programs, engage diverse stakeholders, design readiness and training, and measure adoption outcomes to ensure lasting impact beyond project

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across geographies and cultures.
• Experience guiding large-scale integrations, expansions, and new operating models.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year change and adoption strategies for major transformations.
• Collaborate with PMO and leadership to translate project timelines into adoption plans.
• Lead global stakeholder engagement and communication across time zones.
• Coach and develop change champions to build internal capability.
