Job summary
The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior leader to shape and advance the enterprise clinical AI and technology agenda. You will align clinical priorities with scalable AI-enabled solutions, partnering across clinical, technology, data, and operations teams to improve outcomes and efficiency.
You will lead a team, build business cases, and drive adoption and performance management while navigating regulatory and operational considerations.
Qualifications
- Active or prior clinical training and credential required.
- 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- Experience designing or leading AI, machine learning, or digital health solutions in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and translating needs into scalable tech-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise clinical AI and technology strategies across clinical quality, affordability, and outcomes.
- Advise senior leaders translating clinical needs into actionable AI roadmaps.
- Oversee design of AI solutions including clinical workflow automation and decision support.
- Ensure AI capabilities are grounded in real workflows, regulatory expectations, and feasibility.
- Develop governance, metrics, and executive reporting for AI initiatives.
