Ilocatum is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its Connecticut skilled nursing facility leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will guide charge nurses, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive QAPI initiatives to enhance residents' well-being.

You will lead clinical rounds, develop care plans, oversee staffing and professional development, and coordinate with medical staff and agencies to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current RN license in Connecticut or eligible to practice in CT.
• Minimum two years of nursing supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum six months in rehabilitative/restorative nursing.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and CMS rules.
• Ability to perform clinical rounds and support emergency care.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and directing day-to-day nursing operations.
• Provide leadership to charge nurses and supervisors.
• Monitor care delivery, medications, and infection prevention.
• Develop and implement person-centered care plans.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Oversee budget planning and equipment/resource allocation.
• Support QAPI initiatives and regulatory surveys.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
