Saint Cyr Partners is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a premier Connecticut nonprofit skilled nursing facility. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the ADON assists in planning, organizing, directing day-to-day operations, and leads charge nurses and supervisors to ensure quality care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) required.
• Current RN license in Connecticut with CPR certification.
• At least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Director of Nursing in planning and directing day-to-day operations in compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership to Charge Nurses and Supervisors and train supervisory staff.
• Monitor care delivery, medication passes, treatments, and infection prevention.
• Lead resident assessments and develop person-centered care plans.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily staffing information.
• Coordinate hiring, licensing verification, and evaluations of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and participate in surveys, plans of correction.
• Oversee medication administration and report errors to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist with budgeting and equipment/resource allocations.
• Partner on staff in-service training and policy adherence.
