Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Lead Adobe Target Developer to own end-to-end Target implementations, lead front-end work and mentor teams across product, analytics and design.

You will partner with AEM, MarTech and engineering to translate experimentation goals into scalable, measurable experiences, uphold coding standards, QA, accessibility and governance, and accelerate personalized test delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Adobe Target experience including A/B tests, personalization and audience setup.
• Strong front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS and accessibility.
• Experience implementing Target activities with reusable scripts and integration patterns.
• Ability to lead, mentor and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience configuring QA links, parameters and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of analytics integration with Target.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Target implementation for tests and personalization.
• Develop front-end code for Target activities using modern web tech.
• Configure Target activities, audiences, scripts and QA links.
• Translate goals into technically sound, measurable implementations.
• Provide technical leadership and establish coding standards.
• Communicate delivery tradeoffs, risks and timelines to stakeholders.
• Align teams on standards and delivery readiness.
• Enforce code quality, accessibility, performance and governance.
• Troubleshoot Target delivery and analytics integration.
• Create reusable scripts and technical documentation.
• Mentor developers on Target practices.
