Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional Pharmacy Technician certification required; CPhT preferred.
• One year of pharmacy/admixture tech experience preferred, IV sterile admixture experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review medication orders for accuracy and required products.
• Calculate drug measurements for admixture.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications accurately and timely.
• Perform proper donning/doffing of PPE for aseptic prep.
• Maintain records and logs for trials, waste, temperatures, and inventory.
• Order, stock, and dispense medications and supplies; ensure product integrity.
