Campus is seeking an Admissions Team Lead in Atlanta, GA. You will manage 7–10 Admissions Counselors, coaching them to meet enrollment goals while upholding Campus’s standards of excellence.

The role blends leadership with hands-on coaching in a high-volume admissions environment. The position requires strong communication, analytics, and teamwork, with a hybrid schedule (Tue–Thu in-office; Mon & Fri remote).

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments
• Prior leadership/management experience with direct-reports
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• In-office attendance three days per week (Tue–Thu); remote Mon & Fri

Responsabilités

• Directly manage a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support
• Oversee and maintain admissions pipeline, records, and targets
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance coaching sessions
• Collaborate with Director and Trainer on onboarding and leadership development
• Prepare management reports on lead quality, volume, and trends
