Campus is seeking an Admissions Team Lead in Austin, Texas to manage a team of 7-10 Admissions Counselors. You will be responsible for ensuring achievement of enrollment goals while fostering a collaborative culture within the admissions department.

This role requires extensive experience in admissions recruitment, leadership, and a strong capacity for coaching and communication. The position includes a hybrid work schedule with in-office attendance required three days a week.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments.
• Prior leadership/management experience with direct-reports.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and share new information.
• Monitor counselors' performance to support prospective students effectively.
