Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a data-driven recruitment strategy for the assigned region.
• Establishes and monitors goals related to inquiries, applications, campus visits, admits, and enrollments.
• Analyzes territory performance and adjusts strategies to meet enrollment objectives.
• Builds relationships with prospective students and families through in-person and virtual interactions.
• Represents the university at outreach events and counselors meetings.
• Collaborates with counselors and schools to maximize recruitment impact.
• Manages applications and coordinates with leadership on admissions decisions.
• Travels within the region to attend college fairs and events; participates in campus trainings.
