Utah Valley University seeks an Admissions support professional to guide prospective and admitted students through requirements, degree programs, residency policies, and university resources. You will manage records, respond to inquiries, and help applicants navigate the admissions process with accuracy and care.

In this role you will build expertise in higher education admissions, student information systems, and university policies, collaborating with a team dedicated to student success.

Formación

• Associate's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, or any combination totaling three years.
• Three years of college coursework or related experience may satisfy the requirement.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Advises students on admissions requirements, policies, procedures, resources, degree programs, and Utah Residency rules.
• Maintains student files, databases, records, and documents.
• Enters admissions documentation in the Student Information System (Banner).
• Studies theories, practices, rules, and regulations related to admissions duties.
• Answers questions and prepares acceptance letters and other communications for applicants.
• Assists with admissions projects and other job-related duties as assigned.

Educación

Associate's degree + 1 year experience
