Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree plus 1 year of experience relevant to the job.
• Or any combination of education and experience totaling three years.
• An associate's degree from an accredited institution in a related field and one year of related experience.
• OR three years of college coursework in a related field (approximately 90 semester credits).
• OR two years of college coursework in a related field (approximately 60 semester credits) and one year of related experience.
• OR one year of college coursework in a related field (approximately 30 semester credits) and two years of related experience.
• OR three years of related experience.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advises students on Admissions requirements, policies, procedures, resources, degree programs, and Utah Residency requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains student files, databases, records, and/or other documents.
• Enters Admissions documentation and data in the Student Information System (BANNER).
• Studies theory, practices, techniques, rules, and regulations related to the Summary of Duties.
• Answers questions and prepares acceptance letters and other communication for students applying for admission.
• Assists with a variety of Admissions projects as needed and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
