Utah Valley University’s Lehi Campus seeks an Enrollment Coordinator to support concurrent enrollment programs serving thousands of high school students. You will manage admissions, registration, and records processes, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with UVU departments and state partners for a seamless student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of professional experience in a related discipline (or equivalent combination).
• Familiarity with admissions, registration, records, and FERPA preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, improve processes, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders within UVU.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, registration, and records for concurrent enrollment students; document changes and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate on course scheduling, updating course listings, and maintaining data across systems (Banner, CRNs, CE site).
• Support high school partners, coordinate events, and provide onboarding/training for coordinators.
