Job summary

You will connect applicants with relevant programs, schedule appointments, assist with the admissions process, and help them navigate from inquiry to enrollment while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates' or higher degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting KPIs such as conversion rates and outreach goals.
• One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to connect with diverse audiences.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process.
• Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance.
• Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, and application assistance.
• Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs.
