Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Associate’s degree in a related area from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls, texts, and e-mails to inquiries.
• Share program information within Ancora Education’s Code of Conduct and accreditation guidelines.
• Schedule campus visits, conduct tours, and facilitate registrations.
• Follow up with new students to ensure a smooth transition to active enrollment.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve enrollment goals.
• Maintain energy and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
