Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking an Admissions Representative to provide information and excellent service to prospective students. The role involves outbound calls, campus tours, interviews, and guiding new enrollments within a structured environment.

The position emphasizes strong presentation skills, energy, and the ability to work in a coaching-style setting while collaborating with diverse teams. Prior experience with CampusVue/Velocify is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related area from an accredited institution.
• Experience in high-volume customer service settings.
• Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, text, and e-mails, responding timely to inquiries.
• Share information with prospective students within Ancora Education’s guidelines.
• Schedule campus visits, conduct tours, and facilitate registrations.
• Follow-up with new students to ensure a positive transition to active enrollment.
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills and energetic engagement during interactions.
• Adapt to an observation/coaching environment and solve problems proactively.
• Manage interruptions and work independently while prioritizing tasks.
• Support team initiatives and collaborate across diverse groups.
