Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years admissions, customer service, sales or tele-counseling beneficial.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Motivated, coachable, and effective in a production-driven work environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Regent University as a general recruiter for all programs with exceptional service to prospects, applicants and students.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on programs and admissions requirements; counsel applicants on fit.
• Know admissions processes, financial aid, costs, transfer guidelines, military benefits, and student resources.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound calls; maintain student records with confidentiality.
• Meet KPIs and work with Enrollment Management leadership to follow internal processes.
• Demonstrate professionalism with internal and external stakeholders; ongoing learning and content retention.
• Coordinate admissions events and participate in recruitment activities.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
