Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; upbeat, professional, team player.
• Must maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with customers and students.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Baccalaureate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Admissions with marketing and sales strategies.
• Take inquiry calls, set appointments, interview and follow up with prospective students.
• Enroll students in accordance with admissions policies and procedures.
• Manage tracking of lead inquiries and enrollment activity.
• Represent the school at career fairs and other events.
• Coordinate tuition financing paperwork and explore scholarship options.
• Maintain confidentiality of all business records.
