Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with applicable experience.
• Minimum five years in admissions or related field preferred.
• One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Online higher education experience preferred (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students.
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all interactions.
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress.
• Navigate admissions systems to support enrollment effectively.
• Conduct campus tours and informational sessions.
