Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide nursing and allied health program prospects from interest to enrollment. You will manage high-volume outreach and conduct interviews to present program options and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems (Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options and outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Help Future Nurses Find Their Purpose - Healthcare needs you! The schedule is Monday-Friday 9a-6pm or 10a-7pm.

Unitek College is on a mission: to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals who serve our local communities. Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health Programs

What you’ll do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Who you are:

• Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
• Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
