Unitek Learning in Provo, Utah, is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. You’ll conduct interviews, present program options, and help applicants navigate the admissions process.

The role requires high-volume outreach, empathy, and strong consultative sales skills, with experience in admissions or healthcare education preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, telemarketing or sales (including admissions).
• Experience using CRM or student information systems (Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest and schedule interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options and outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health

What you’ll do:

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.

Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.

Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.

Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.

Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
