Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate admissions for referred individuals.
• Screen referrals and conduct assessments and Admission Safety Reviews.
• Communicate decisions and coordinate timely placement.
• Maintain compliant documentation for regulators and funders.
