Job summary

Boston University Questrom School of Business seeks an Associate Director to lead Admissions Operations and Systems for graduate programs. You will oversee data infrastructure, system oversight, and analytics initiatives, ensuring high-quality recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment processes.

You will collaborate with the Graduate Enrollment team and stakeholders to optimize Slate CRM integration, data governance, and operational excellence, driving an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years' work experience, preferred.
• 3+ years in operations, systems admin, or related field in higher education.
• Experience with complex operational workflows and cross-functional projects.
• Experience with data governance, security, and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees admissions operations, data infrastructure, and system oversight for graduate program recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment.
• Serves as the primary liaison to Graduate Enrollment and Slate CRM, ensuring integration and data governance across touchpoints.
• Provides technical leadership on admissions systems, application operations, and analytics initiatives with cross-functional partners.
