Job summary

Boston University is seeking an Assistant Director for Specialty Masters Programs within the Questrom School of Business. The role oversees program operations, student services and events for the MS in Business Analytics and supports other specialtyMasters programs in a collaborative center.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
1–3 years in counseling, student services or higher education administration.
Strong oral and written communication skills; highly organized and able to multitask.
Prior event planning experience; some evenings and weekends may be required.
Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Manage operations, programs and student services for the Questrom MS in Business Analytics and support for other Questrom Specialty Masters programs.
Maintain and enhance student experience for a growing enrollment (two cohorts of 100+ students).
Plan and execute student events such as orientation and community-building activities.
Collaborate with Masters & PhD Center staff on general administrative responsibilities.
