Job summary

Simmons University in Boston seeks an Assistant Director of Graduate and Undergraduate Admission Operations to manage the application processing, credential matching, and data workflows across undergraduate online programs and graduate health science programs.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Operations, this role collaborates with multiple teams to support the full applicant lifecycle, conducts transcript audits and GPA calculations, and maintains data integrity across student systems in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Proficiency with Google Suite.
Hands-on experience using a higher education CRM (Slate or similar).
Customer service experience in admission and operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Undergraduate Admission Operations workflows for undergraduate online applicants and support first-year and transfer populations during peak periods.
Process graduate health science program applications and credentials ensuring accurate matching and prerequisite audits.
Perform GPA calculations and transcript audits for prerequisites and support enrollment lifecycle inquiries.
Conduct daily data audits of applicant and inquiry records across the CRM and student systems; identify discrepancies and propose improvements.
Participate in weekly Operations meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and cycle preparations.
