Qualifications

• Must supervise employees to provide excellent customer service experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Manage and monitor incoming calls and emails related to alcoholism and drug addiction.
• Knowledge about alcoholism and drug addiction and its consequences.
• Supervise Recovery Advisors in directing callers to appropriate locations.
• Ability to overcome objections and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Oversee daily admissions operations and ensure adherence to workflows.
