You will coach Admissions Specialists and Team Leads while tracking KPI related to admissions, conversions, call handling, and client experience.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on regulatory compliance and collaboration with senior leaders to drive census and revenue

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience supervising admissions staff and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge about alcoholism and drug addiction and its consequences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Admission Specialists and Team Leads to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics including conversion rates and call answer rates.
• Conduct routine performance reviews, coaching sessions, and accountability discussions.
• Monitor daily team performance and implement action plans with Senior Directors of Admissions & VPs of Admission.
• Oversee daily admissions operations and ensure adherence to workflows and standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and admission best practices.
• Assist with departmental reporting needs.
