Job summary

Bradford Health Services in Birmingham, AL seeks an Admissions Manager to lead the admissions team, ensuring exceptional service and efficient workflows. You will coach Admissions Specialists and Team Leads, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements to increase conversion and client experience.

The role collaborates with senior leadership to implement operational initiatives, maintain regulatory compliance, and support census and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must supervise employees to provide excellent customer service experiences.
• Excellent knowledge about alcoholism and addiction and its consequences.
• Assist in supervising Recovery Advisors in directing callers to appropriate locations.
• Overcome objections and motivate staff to do the same.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Admission Specialists and Team Leads to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics including conversion rates, call answer rates, follow-up compliance.
• Conduct routine performance reviews, coaching sessions, and accountability discussions.
• Monitor daily team performance and implement action plans with Senior Directors of Admissions & VPs of Admission.
• Oversee daily admissions operations and ensure adherence to workflows and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and admission best practices.
• Assist with departmental reporting needs.
