Job summary

Bradford Health Services, LLC is seeking an Admissions Manager in Birmingham, AL. You will lead the admissions team, drive efficiency, maintain compliant workflows, and align with census and revenue objectives. The role oversees Admissions Specialists and Team Leads, coaching for high performance and service excellence.

The position emphasizes accountability, patient-centered care, and collaboration with department leadership to optimize processes and outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Able to supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Knowledge about alcoholism and drug addiction and its consequences.
• Able to supervise Recovery Advisors in directing callers to appropriate locations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Admission Specialists and Team Leads to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics including conversion rates, call answer rates, follow-up compliance.
• Conduct routine performance reviews, coaching sessions, and accountability discussions to support growth.
• Monitor daily team performance and implement action plans with leadership.
• Oversee daily admissions operations and ensure adherence to workflows and standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and admission best practices.
• Assist with departmental reporting needs.
