The role reports to clinical supervision and supports a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include documenting the admissions process, coordinating with staff, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring timely, high-quality intake experiences for clients

Qualifications

• Requires CPRS or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active pursuit of LADAC preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral healthcare with addictions-specific experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Screen intake calls and conduct assessments to determine admission appropriateness.
• Explain treatment options and probable financial responsibility to clients.
• Meet scheduled appointments promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, benefits verification, and UR personnel.
• Document admissions processes and maintain confidentiality.
