Qualifications

• 2–4 years of healthcare experience with customer service and operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates admissions process for new clients.
• Collaborates to determine financial/clinical eligibility.
• Referred ineligible clients to partner centers.
• Screen clients per criteria and accept or reject accordingly.
• Coordinate referrals with medical, clinical and operations staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle after-hours coverage.
