Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of confidentiality laws related to mental health treatment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client screenings by phone or in person with professionalism and compassion.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, transfers, and discharges to support efficient client access.
• Maintain program census information and waiting lists in accordance with standards and service models.
• Complete admission documentation including demographic, financial, residency, and release-of-information forms.
• Collaborate with care managers and billing to verify insurance and ensure accurate payer billing processes.
