Job summary

Bowling Green Brandywine, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks an Intake Specialist to coordinate admissions and support the arrival and assessment process for clients seeking treatment. You will liaison with families, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth intake experience while upholding standards of care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include scheduling facility tours, coordinating with the admissions team, and assisting with bed placement and treatment planning to help clients begin

Qualifications

• High-school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a patient care environment in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to use required computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and families of potential admissions to address questions.
• Coordinate facility tours with potential admissions.
• Interface with remote admissions and on-site clinical teams for approvals and client arrival planning.
• Establish rapport to ensure clients feel welcomed on arrival.
• Assist with intake, including bed placement, assessments and required documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Acadia Healthcare standards.
