The role emphasizes responding to inquiries, scheduling exams, and coordinating open houses, with flexibility for evenings and some weekends to support workshops and seminars.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and related work experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence; present information to applicants and employees.
• Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary student-record software proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Meet start goals for linear start programs.
• Respond to all incoming inquiries for assigned linear programs.
• Schedule appointments with prospective students.
• Make program presentations to prospective students.
• Give tours of the college to prospective students.
• Schedule placement exams and discuss scores with applicants.
• Coordinate and attend linear program open houses.
• Attend Advisory Board meetings.
• Develop leads to supplement general marketing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
