Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the enrollment process in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct interviews, share accurate program information, and support informed enrollment decisions to maintain engagement through matriculation. The role requires handling high-volume outreach, deadlines, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure compliance and a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, inside sales, or related fields preferred.
• Demonstrated history of meeting performance goals and managing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information about programs and finances.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective, interviewed, and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Meet or exceed performance, activity, and enrollment goals while maintaining compliance and student-centered service standards.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the Student Information System.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support enrollment objectives and provide students with clear next steps.
