Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, or related fields preferred.
• Proven history of meeting performance goals and managing competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate information about programs, outcomes, and financial considerations.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments to guide students through enrollment timelines.
• Manage enrollment workflows in the Student Information System.
• Develop relationships to generate inquiries and referrals.
• Provide enrollment forecasts and align with campus objectives.
