Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Admission Coordinator to join the campus Sales & Growth Team in Kentucky. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales to drive revenue and census targets, handling pre-admission and admission documentation to ensure a smooth resident intake.

You will respond to referrals, enter data into the CRM, and help plan campus events to generate leads while keeping the campus and apartments market-ready per Trilogy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with admissions or healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meets targets for lead and lease conversions at health center and senior living.
• Pre-admission, admission and transfer paperwork; insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads promptly; enters data into the CRM.
• Communicates admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and teams.
• Assists in planning campus events including community marketing and lead generation.
• Supports Sales Director to keep campus, apartments, and common areas market-ready.
